Being accompanied on God’s mission

After being on the mission field for almost a decade, something that the Lord constantly showed me was His unconditional love for me. At the beginning, as a novice worker in the mission field, I understood very little of the changes and challenges that I was going through. But by the grace of God and with the help of my companions, I was able to remain and realize the importance of being prepared for the Great Mission of God. I came to understand that one of the ways God was showing me His love and care during that period was through the people and tools provided to me by the mobilization agency.

As the Director of Pioneers International Mexico (PIMEX), a mobilization agency in Mexico, one of my passions is to serve as a catalyst that drives the development of church mobilization in Latin America. Once we were a mission field, now we have grown and matured. The challenge we have today is to respond to the voice of the Master and obey Him in love and power. As Latinos, we have been blessed with talents and gifts that the Master wants us to use. He wants us to put them to the service of others. And I am not only referring to our own country or culture. Even more so in the mission fields. In the establishment of the kingdom of Jesus in other countries.

This is where PIMEX has a responsibility from God to walk together with the church. Accompanying it in its call to make disciples among the ethnic groups of the earth. We dream and work to see the church as having a commitment and responsibility to raise awareness, encourage, train, send, and care for its workers in cross-cultural mission.

We are very blessed to experience God’s faithfulness in all of this. At PIMEX, we have been serving for three years, and we see His hand supporting the goals we have been planning for some time. One of our strategic axes that has helped us achieve this is to have a close, clear, and strategic relationship with the sending church. Building this collaboration is of vital importance for the worker’s support in the field. Your prayers, your words of encouragement, and your economic support nourish the spiritual vitality and emotional health of the worker, generating a resilient child of God in the face of the spiritual warfare they face.

We are very grateful to the Lord for His church, which has been very courageous and hardworking in obeying the call. As part of this church, Global One 80 has been a great blessing and source of sustenance for us. We pray that more will be added, and together we can honor the Lord in all things.

Joel 3:9

“Proclaim this among the nations: Consecrate for war; stir up the mighty men. Let all the men of war draw near; let them come up”

UPDATES

  1. We now have 69 leaders in 20 countries. This means the workload has grown but continues with the same staff. It is beautiful to have more leaders, but we urgently need someone in Operations working full-time. We would like Chris Curiel to serve in that role, but we need to help him raise his financial support or obtain a yearly grant to the Operations Fund to pay for his salary.
  2. Pastor Victor H. Arias, who serves as President of our Board of Directors, is still looking for a full-time job. He has been without employment for close to four months now.

PRAYER REQUESTS

  1. Joaquin’s Health: He struggles with back issues. He has been going to the Chiropractor and Physical Therapy, but he is not getting much relief. Pray for wisdom on deciding if he undergoes surgery.
  2. Travel Safety: Iglesia Experimenta Vida will travel to Mexico to distribute backpacks for school children in Chihuahua, Mexico. Pray for God’s protection as they travel.

NEEDS

  1. School supplies for the backpacks we will take to Mexico.
  2. Operations Fund Budget: We must raise $5,000 monthly for our ministry to operate. Most of our leaders only contribute 5% of Operations Fees; the remainder has to be raised to cover all the expenses that we have to operate, including seven people on staff.

Thanks for your faithful support and prayers for us. On a journey together to transform communities with the Gospel of Jesus, one life at a time.

Each church is independent and autonomous and must be free from interference by any ecclesiastical or political authority; that, therefore, Church and State must be kept separate as having different functions, each fulfilling its duties free from the dictation or patronage of the other.

We believe that a visible church is a company of believers in Jesus Christ, buried with Him in baptism and associated for worship, work and fellowship.

We believe that to these visible churches were committed for observance “until He comes,” the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper; and that God has laid upon these churches the task of persuading a lost world to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and to enthrone Him as Lord and Master. We believe that righteous living, good works and proper social concern are essential products of the gospel.

We believe, therefore, that those who accept Christ as their Lord and Savior will rejoice forever in God’s presence and those who refuse to accept Christ as Lord and Savior will be forever separated from God.
We believe in His bodily resurrection, His ascension into heaven, His high priestly intercession for His people and His personal, visible return to the world according to His promise.
