Our financial operations and standards will be done with honesty and with a servant’s heart and in accordance with biblical truths and practices. Responsible Operations


Our organization is governed by a board of independent Christian individuals who meet semiannually to establish policy, supervise the financial operations, and review our accomplishments.


We will provide complete and accurate financial statements, with financial compilations by a certified public accountant, reviewed and approved by the board of directors.


We will exercise the appropriate management and controls necessary to provide reasonable assurance that the organization’s operations are carried out well. We promise that resources are used in a responsible manner and in conformity with applicable laws and regulations.


We will provide a copy of our current financial statements upon written request and shall provide other disclosures as the law may require. We will provide our donors with a report, upon written request, including financial information on any specific project. We will disclose online and on Guidestar our annual IRS Form 990.


We set a fair salary for our leaders and we address all financial concerns in a manner that demonstrates integrity and avoids any conflict of interest.


We take seriously the facts of the financial condition of the organization. Statements made to the donors about the use of of their gifts in our appeals must be honored, according the giver’s intent. We provide donors appropriate and timely gift acknowledgments of their tax-deductible donations, according to IRS regulations.
