Operations with Integrity
Our financial operations and standards will be done with honesty and with a servant’s heart and in accordance with biblical truths and practices. Responsible Operations.
Trusted Board of Directors
Our organization is governed by a board of independent Christian individuals who meet semiannually to establish policy, supervise the financial operations, and review our accomplishments.
Accurate Financial Statements
We will provide complete and accurate financial statements, with financial compilations by a certified public accountant, reviewed and approved by the board of directors.
Responsible Operations
We will exercise the appropriate management and controls necessary to provide reasonable assurance that the organization’s operations are carried out well. We promise that resources are used in a responsible manner and in conformity with applicable laws and regulations.
Financial Transparency
We will provide a copy of our current financial statements upon written request and shall provide other disclosures as the law may require. Compensation Standards
We set a fair salary for our leaders and we address all financial concerns in a manner that demonstrates integrity and avoids any conflict of interest.
Stewardship of Charitable Gifts
We take seriously the facts of the organization’s financial condition. Statements made to the donors about using their gifts in our appeals must be honored according to the intent. We provide donors with appropriate and timely gift acknowledgments of their tax-deductible donations, according to IRS regulations.
