Time to Celebrate 40 Year of Ministry

Joaquin & Oneida Vargas are celebrating 40 year in ministry this October 25th, 2019.  We will be doing a special celebration/dinner called Engaged with a Legacy where we are planning to honor them and celebrate their faithful service to the Lord.  It will be at Iglesia Ncuentro in Mesa, AZ. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP before October 21, 2019 by sending us a text to  (720) 592-5964 or an email to finance@globalone.org.

Our Journey

UPDATES

  • The good news is that Joaquin’s health has been doing much better after removing the gallbladder.  He still has to get another stone from the biliary duct this coming November 4th.
  •  The bad news is that he has learned that there is permanent damage on the nerves on his right foot, so the doctor has referred him to a pain doctor, to learn how to manage pain and to live with pain the rest of his life.

PRAYER REQUESTS

  • October 25 – Engage with a Legacy: 40 years of Ministry

NEEDS

  • Please consider providing a Special Gift or a make a Monthly Commitment to the General Fund.  We have many expenses that are not covered with the minimum fees that we deduct from the missionary accounts.  At the moment, we only charge 5% for Emerging Leaders and 10% for Exponential Leaders. For example, just Liability and the Directors & Officers Insurance is $2,000 a year.  The Monthly Payroll for our Database Coordinator, Graphic Designer and Website Coordinator is $750.00 per month. It is not much when you consider all the work we do, and we are fortunate that we are able to have them work from Venezuela, but still is a financial responsibility that right now Joaquin is paying from his own personal support.

Meet all the initiatives and leaders committed to transforming communities around the world.

Thanks for your faithful support and prayers for us. On a journey together to transform communities with the Gospel of Jesus, one life at a time.
