Ministry Journey

Focus

Estebin is a young seminary theology and engineering student. Currently, he serves as a Coordinator for the Pioneers Dominican Republic organization. In addition, Estebin develops his ministry life at the Iglesia Bautista del Nuevo Pacto, where he has served in various aspects of local church service since 2018. He has focused on training in courses and workshops regarding learning other languages and cultures. Since that time, he has been involved in local service in the missions department.

Journey

Estebin was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, in 1992. He met the Lord Jesus Christ when he was 15 years old, and since then, his endeavor and activity have always been to share the gospel in every place where God has allowed him to serve and visit.

In 2007, he began his growth in faith in the Arca de Salvación Inc church. From the first months, God allowed him to know God’s word and serve in different church departments, allowing him to serve for more than 10 years as a preacher and Sunday school teacher. Additionally, he served in the church plant “Todos para Cristo”, and the “Iglesia Arca de Salvación 2da,” both in the community of Cotuy.

Since 2018, he has been a member of the Iglesia Bautista del Nuevo Pacto, where he has been serving until the present day. In this time, God has also allowed him to be involved in various ministries of the church: Worship, Villa Altagracia, and Missions.

He is also doing the work of a mobilizer for the local church with activities and promotion of Kairos and other missionary courses with the desire that the church can know their role in the mission of God.

Estebin is helping brothers from different denominations approach the word of God, discover God’s plan for their lives, and serve in the mission field while preparing to do full-time and reach the unreached groups that have not yet heard the gospel.

In addition, he is training at the Dominican Baptist Theological Seminary and studying aspects of God’s mission in courses given by Simple Movilizing, Kairos, ILI, Moví 101. He has also been trained in learning the Arabic language and Muslim culture.

Each church is independent and autonomous and must be free from interference by any ecclesiastical or political authority; that, therefore, Church and State must be kept separate as having different functions, each fulfilling its duties free from the dictation or patronage of the other.

We believe that a visible church is a company of believers in Jesus Christ, buried with Him in baptism and associated for worship, work and fellowship.

We believe that to these visible churches were committed for observance “until He comes,” the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper; and that God has laid upon these churches the task of persuading a lost world to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and to enthrone Him as Lord and Master. We believe that righteous living, good works and proper social concern are essential products of the gospel.

We believe, therefore, that those who accept Christ as their Lord and Savior will rejoice forever in God’s presence and those who refuse to accept Christ as Lord and Savior will be forever separated from God.
We believe in His bodily resurrection, His ascension into heaven, His high priestly intercession for His people and His personal, visible return to the world according to His promise.
