On December 26, 2021, Oneida and I will celebrate our 40th anniversary. We got married in the Dominican Republic when I was pastoring my first church in a very poor neighborhood in Santo Domingo. From the beginning of our relationship, we were committed to serve the Lord together wherever God took us. Together, we have raised three children, worked in three countries, planted five churches, and mentored dozens of leaders. But I believe that our greatest legacy would be starting Global One80.
It has been the most important leadership decision that we have made and how we want people to remember us. When I made the decision to leave Missions Door to start this organization, it was very similar to our humble beginnings in the Dominican Republic where we didn’t have anything. But we decided to invest from our own pension fund to launch this ministry. This past November was our fourth year. We have spent half of our savings because we are committed to this vision. We are trusting God for His provision for our senior years. He has always provided and He has never failed us. In just four years, we have empowered dozens of leaders, currently we have 26 leaders, serving in 13 countries. God has been faithful, no doubt.
A few months ago, the board of directors challenged me to raise funds for the budget of our operations fund. At the moment, half of the budget comes from my personal support, which is not ideal. Not only because it limits our income, but it is not self-sustainable. We have launched the Engage with a Legacy project to raise $5,000 per month for the operations fund. The goal is to find donors who become “framers” of this vision. These are donors who are committed to maintaining the structure of this organization.
We would like to ask you to prayerfully consider becoming a Framer Donor and make a financial contribution, either a special gift or a recurring donation to our organization.
We thank you for your commitment to pray, support and advocate for our ministry. We want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year 2022. May God bless you abundantly and care for your needs.

Matthew 6:19-34 19
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Thank you for your faithful support and your prayers for us. On a journey together to transform communities with the Gospel of Jesus, one life at a time.
