Evangelist Clifford Masambuka is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Book Of Life (BOL), a nonprofit registered church and ministry that is dedicated to spreading the living gospel of the Messiah. It was founded to promote happier living by addressing the spiritual, mental, and physical needs of people as a way of expressing God’s love and care for His children. Book Of Life is headquartered in Zomba City, Malawi, and has several branches located in various regions of Malawi. His calling and passion centered on spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Through Book Of Life (BOL), Clifford Masambuka leads a wide range of initiatives, including community outreach evangelism, door-to-door evangelism, prison outreach, school outreach, healthcare ministry, youth bible study centers, youth and women’s ministries, disability ministry, training pastors, and gospel literature distribution across Malawi. A Major focus of his current work is youth evangelism training, evangelism in schools, prison outreach, discipleship programs, healthcare, and youth bible study centers where young people are equipped to become effective messengers of the Gospel. Clifford also dedicates himself to Child and Youth Ministry, guiding the next generation to develop as disciples of Christ and spiritual leaders within their communities.
Journey
Clifford Masambuka’s Christian journey is deeply rooted in a personal and divine calling to serve God by serving others. Responding to this call, he founded Book Of Life, a ministry born out of a desire to equip young people with evangelism skills and bring the messages of love, hope, and salvation to areas often overlooked by mainstream missions.
Both challenges and triumphs have marked his journey. Serving in a region where resources are limited and needs are enormous, Masambuka has remained steadfast in his mission. He faces daily obstacles such as financial constraints and logistical barriers in reaching remote communities. However, these challenges have only deepened his resolve and faith.
Over time, Evangelist Clifford has expanded his outreach to prisons, schools, streets, and villages, investing in holistic ministry that addresses not only spiritual growth but also emotional and physical well-being. His leadership has helped develop pastoral training, foster discipleship among youth and women’s ministries, and empower communities through healthcare initiatives that include screening for blood pressure and diagnosing diabetes in rural areas.
Today, Evangelist Clifford Masambuka continues to advance the mission of Book Of Life with a heart full of compassion, a vision shaped by faith, and a life committed to making Christ known in every corner of Malawi.
