Rev. Joseph Cimpaye currently serves in Burundi, East Africa, where he leads ministry initiatives focused on evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. Together with his wife, he is committed to reaching communities with the Gospel while promoting holistic community transformation. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Reach Unreached Millions Worldwide, an organization dedicated to spiritual outreach and sustainable development. His ministry regularly takes him across Europe and other regions of the world to preach the Gospel, equip church leaders, and support community development efforts. With more than four decades of ministry experience, he continues to serve faithfully with a deep commitment to fulfilling the Great Commission.

Journey

Rev. Joseph Cimpaye has devoted more than 41 years to Christian ministry and international missions. He is married and is the father of five children and grandfather of seven grandchildren, all of whom currently live in Helsinki, Finland, where they study and pursue their professional careers.

For many years, he lived and ministered in Finland. In 2010, he founded Reach Unreached Millions Worldwide with the vision of reaching underserved communities with the Gospel while fostering holistic development and transformation.

Several years later, responding to God’s calling, he and his wife returned to East Africa to serve in developing nations. They established their ministry base in Burundi, where he continues to lead evangelistic outreach, leadership training, and community development initiatives.

Under his leadership, Reach Unreached Millions Worldwide has expanded its work throughout Burundi and neighboring countries, producing meaningful spiritual and social impact. Throughout his ministry journey, he has partnered with churches, ministries, and leaders across multiple nations, sharing the Gospel and strengthening local Christian communities.

Confident in God’s faithfulness throughout every season of life and ministry, Rev. Cimpaye remains committed to serving with perseverance and dedication, seeking to honor Christ until the completion of his earthly calling and the fulfillment of his eternal hope.
