Maná, Museo de las Sagradas Escrituras A. C. is the result of a vision held by the philosopher and theologian Cristian Gómez Macías. To this end, Maná has developed an educational and museum-based outreach program:
- Through the exhibition “From Papyrus to the Computer: The Bible, Over 4,000 Years of History”—accompanied by lectures, film screenings with discussions, and choral concerts—we open up biblical research to artistic, philological, theological, and philosophical perspectives.
- Through the “Adopt a Bible” program, we connect the community with its bibliographic and spiritual heritage.
- Through academic and research programs in Biblical Languages, Theology, Biblical Sciences, and Philosophy of Religion, society broadens its understanding of the vast richness of biblical manuscripts and their modern editions.
