Focus

Felipe serves as an international representative for Operation Christmas Child and as a pastoral assistant at Casa del Padre in Chile. In these roles, he leads leadership training across South America, equipping leaders to strengthen children’s ministry and disciple millions of children in the region.

Currently, Felipe is part of a 10-person team leading Operation Christmas Child’s efforts throughout the region. During the most recent season, this work reached well over one million children, bringing hope and establishing discipleship processes that have a lasting impact on lives and communities.

Journey

Born in Santiago, Chile, Felipe lived there until he was 17, when he felt God’s call to pursue his education in the United States. He studied theology with a concentration in pastoral studies at Rio Grande Bible College and later specialized in biblical counseling at Boyce College.

With over a decade of experience, Felipe has dedicated his life to discipling and developing leaders. He has designed and implemented various training programs for volunteers, Sunday school teams, and preachers, work he carries out alongside his wife, Claudia. Through this role, God is calling his family to be church planters in Santiago, Chile.

Felipe and Claudia are parents to three children—Lucas (8), Thomas (6), and Abril (4)—and share a deep calling to raise a new generation of leaders in South America.

Driven by a clear vision and a firm commitment, Felipe continues to invest in developing leaders who will multiply the reach of the gospel and transform the future of children in South America.
