\n\t\t\t\t\t\tIn 2004, Joaquin envisioned an organization focused on leadership and community development. After earning a Master\u2019s in Public Administration with a nonprofit focus from the University of Colorado, he launched the initiative as a program with Missions Door, where he was Vice President of Ministries, overseeing personnel and projects across 24 countries.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tIn 2016, Joaquin and a dedicated team of leaders launched Global One80, a ministry organization and donor processing agency with a clear mission: to empower leaders across the United States and beyond to transform lives and uplift communities through the Gospel of Jesus.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tIn this community, Joaquin met a young leader, Victor Arias, who, at just 16, shared his dream of attending college. Joaquin not only raised funds to send him to a top university in the Dominican Republic but also invested in coaching, training, and building a lasting friendship. After graduating, Victor became the Country Director of Compassion International in the Dominican Republic, impacting the lives of over 50,000 children. Today, Joaquin sees his legacy continue, as Victor now serves as a member of the Board of Directors.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
